A bequest is a simple, flexible way to leave a lasting legacy of support for those facing breast and ovarian cancer. Your attorney can help you include a bequest to Bay Area Cancer Connections in your estate plan. We have provided some sample bequest language below to assist you in your planning.
I hereby give, devise and bequeath ____% of my total estate (or $____) to Bay Area Cancer Connections, a nonprofit organization located at 1511 S. Claremont Street, San Mateo, CA, 94402, federal tax identification number 77-0417605, for Bay Area Cancer Connections’ general use and purpose.
