This four-month journey will take you through art and nature explorations that will connect you to your own power of rebirth, and transformation. Find a space for entering into the spring of 2021 with a renewed vision and strength to offset the tumultuous events of the past year.

This workshop will help you become grounded and discover more sources of energy, vitality, healing, and resilience within yourself. It will also give you a place to connect to others who are on a similar journey.
