We have a variety of health and wellness classes accessible via Zoom, to help you remain active at any time of day. Personal Training Sessions:

Charis Pontis, MBA, CPT, CET is a Certified Personal Trainer with additional specialized training to work with cancer patients. Charis works with cancer patients during and post-treatment to develop individualized programs for fitness and movement specific to their abilities and goals. She can help you incorporate more movement throughout the days with more energy and strength, and less stress. Working with Charis can be a compliment to taking exercise classes, having a home program or transitioning out of PT.
